All Promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a Promotion, the specific terms of the Promotion shall prevail for that Promotion.

8. Intellectual Property

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nz777 platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from the nz777 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of nz777.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nz777's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the nz777 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nz777 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity; (c) losses arising from network outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events; or (d) the content or availability of third-party sites or services. The foregoing limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits nz777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
